Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped.
• Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products (like physical books or study material).

• For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
• The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
• If pick-up service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
• Return/Exchange charges (if any) may apply depending on the case.

Note for Return

• The items should be unused and undamaged.
• The product must have the original packaging and invoice.
• Items without the original packaging will not be accepted.
• Digital products, online courses, or customized study material cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
